Lovely hotel with a panoramic view of the city if you get the balcony. Nice features and quick to solve minor issues with bath products. It's so close to everything and convenient. A garage parking is also nearby so you can park your car using Parka and enjoy a walk around
We appreciated how accommodating the property was in providing storage for our luggage prior to our check in. Their location was quite convenient to restaurants, transportation and sites of interest. Our first experience with accommodations without a front desk was a good one! Thank.
The property was wonderfully located. The place was clean and perfect. The only things we struggled with was most visitors stop at one of the lagoons. After the lagoons we desperately need hair conditioner, there was none. And, for folks who wanted only one bed, it made using two comforters for two people awkward. One comforter would have been nice. Just a suggestion, wouldn’t stop us from staying again but it would have been nice.
Great location. We stayed here twice, beginning and end of our journey around the ring road. Got two different sizes of rooms. Definitely suggest the bigger rooms. The smaller room has very little space for suitcases. You can walk to lots of shops and restaurants and the church. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. You can't leave your car across the street from the hotel (in a P1 spot) longer than 3 hours. So pick a P2 or P3 or a parking garage.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
There is no staff at the hotel so good luck there.
We stayed for two consecutive nights. No one serviced our room the next morning, and no one replaced the coffee and tea we consumed on day one. So, next morning no coffee in the room or the hotel for us. It did have a great shower though. It is a great location.
This pretty is good and would be great if it wasn’t for the live music until 2 am every night. I was here on a work trip and if I would’ve known I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Don’t get me wrong the room/hotel was great. Small kitchenette, comfy room, staff was helpful and very responsive. The bar ( not related to the hotel) killed the great rating. If you are looking for some place quiet in the evenings, this is not it. If you dont mind the noise or good sleep then I highly recommend
Loved our stay here! It’s close to one of the main streets. Lots of options for food and shopping, only thing is that if your a light sleeper there is a venue below one side of the building but they provided ear plugs and we didn’t mind.
Amazing location. Step right outside for restaurants and shops. Contactless check in and out makes everything very easy. Very thorough instructions for everything.
Everything was good, the only thing was a little noise (understandable) because the bar at the street, but not all the rooms are at that side of the building. But they were really comprehensive and let us check in early. I love this place.
Right in the heart and really great location for walking around the city. It was easy and the self-check in made it so you just get to go right tonyour room. Fantastic property!
I love this location. Close to everything. Very convenient. Very nice staff. Was very easy to get in with code. Loved loved that I didnt have to worry about a room key. The room was very clean and nice for the amount of money I spend a steel. Close to bus stop 6 for tour pick up. Airport transfer was easy. Took a taxi to the port cheap and easy. Rode scooters all over town .delicious restaurant across tbe way I had a 6 course meal to die for. Fish and chips around the corner.
The rooms are clean and comfortable....no hooks to hang things in the bathrooms....no shelves or drawers for your clothes.
Nice balcony with a nice view.
No front desk, so be prepared.
The room code was supposed to open every door, but it did not open the hallway door.luckily, a chamber maid was there to give us that code.
Otherwise, great location.
Music and people can be heard until 3am, but that didn't bother us.
We would stay there again
Met our needs for a one night stay. Great location. Quiet and great view on the fifth floor. Fast and friendly customer service helped us resolve a small issue getting in the front door. Would stay there again.
Better than I expected, better then some Marriot Hotel stays I have been in recently. Roomier too, for the three of us. And the beds were very comfortable.
Word of warning, we were facing right over a noisy bar (a fun place without question). But Midtown Reykjavik thought ahead and left three sets of ear ear plugs for us.
We knew this was a "self check-in property with no reception". They had good security and a quaint service kiosk where I was able to quickly speak to someone. Service was good to as they also managed to arrange an early check-in for us.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very comfortable. There was a place to store luggage. We thought the code didn't work. When we added the # at the end, all was well. Don't skip that!
The location was lovely. So many things to see. We went to the top of the tower in the church. Surprise when the bells rang at 5pm. Going to the recovered long house was very interesting. Tricky to find but worth the search. This was from the 1100's and was discovered under a building. It is now a museum. Great way to learn Iceland's history.
Situated perfectly in Reykjavík with so much nearby. The self check in worked great and the owners were very responsive when we messaged them with questions. The room was modern and very clean with a great shower. Can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like. 10/10 would highly recommend.
