"The staff was amazing and so helpful the entire trip! They were available 24/7, helped us out when we had questions, filled up our water bottles for us happily, and always had smiles on their faces! It really made the difference for us. The room was perfect for two of us. It was surreal to wake up with a view of the water & mountains every morning. The rooftop bar was great, and happy hour drink prices were very very reasonable (for Iceland ;)) . We grabbed a drink and brought it back to our room to get ready, and it was delicious and awesome. Beds were comfy, everything was within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here! "

"Amazing property right in the center of Reykjavik's tourist strip. Everything from the Kolaportið Flea Market to the iconic Hallgrimskirkja was in walking distance. Perfect to go grab souvenirs and good food, spend some time in a hot tub, and get a peaceful nights sleep. Would recommend the Top Floor Balcony rooms! The balconies are connected & wrap around, so you can get a Full 360 view of the city (and maybe the Aurora!) just by stepping outside. "

"Center hotels have several properties and I thought I was choosing the nicest- boy was I wrong. From sending two emails over several days that went unanswered to the awful sulfuric smell in the bathroom. When I entered the room I actually had to check to make sure there wasn’t waste left because it smelled so badly. I was only staying a few hours so I saved myself the trouble moving to another room (420). I’m not sure if the smell was from the construction next door or what but it was bad. The bed was too soft and the sheets were scratchy. You could hear every door opening and closing nearby. No heat controls in the room. Honestly, just nothing great about this place. I wouldn’t have made it more than a few hours staying there. I would not recommend."
