7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out.
Convenient location.
This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc.
A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.

"The hotel is in a great location for shops and site seeing. However, the hotel itself is very tired and in serious need of an update! The staff were friendly but at breakfast it was a little unorganised/poor service! Ok for 1 night stay. Its a shame because its a beautiful old building with period ..."
