Cwalafila is a beautiful holiday home set in an idyllic location in the heart of Rhosneigr village and just 75 metres from the beach.

In fact, the sea is so close you can almost reach out and touch it from your spacious first-floor terrace. Throw open the doors to the terrace and enjoy the fresh sea air while marvelling at the stunning views and incredible sunsets.

This modern four-bedroom property has been designed to make the most of those amazing views. The bedrooms are on the ground floor while the living room, kitchen-diner and terrace are all on the first floor. Kick back, relax and enjoy the scenery from the lounge, or open the doors and enjoy the sun on the balcony.

The decor is superb throughout - combining chic cool with comfy spaces for families or friends to enjoy their beach holiday.

An added charm is Cwalafila's proximity to the renowned Sandy Mount House, a restaurant and cocktail bar. Upstairs for eating, downstairs for sleeping at Cwalafila

Cwalafila is so beautiful throughout, it's hard to pick a favourite room.

The wonderfully bright and spacious living room with its deluxe leather sofa and chairs boasts windows on three sides, so you can kick back, relax and enjoy the views. There is fast, free and reliable internet, Sky TV and Wii which should keep everyone entertained on a damp day!

The lovely open-plan kitchen-diner is a super space for prepping meals around the kitchen island, spacious and fully equipped so you can comfortably organise dinner for eight without getting in each other's way.

There is a dining space in the kitchen, but on a sunny day, it would be rude not to head out to the beautiful sunny terrace to enjoy lunch or a pre-dinner aperitif and take in those views. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge and kitchen.

The property is well-equipped with everything you need to dine, entertain and relax both inside or out.



Four dreamy bedrooms for a good night's sleep

There are four stylish and roomy ground floor bedrooms to choose from which have been decorated in restful colours, although the fresh sea air is also a wonderful tonic to aid sleep.

One king-size double, two further double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with bunk beds, ready to welcome kids with lots of books, toys and a night light to keep them company.

The four bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin, plus a shower room with a large walk-in shower on the ground floor. There is another shower room on the first floor, between the lounge and kitchen. The bathrooms are bright and modern with a nautical theme to remind you why you love to be beside the seaside!



Safe enclosed courtyard and garden for playing

Cwalafila enjoys a lovely enclosed courtyard with an awning and an enclosed garden area. Perfect outdoor spaces for the children to play and where you can enjoy a family BBQ.


The Nitty Gritty
There is plenty of parking with outdoor off-street parking for up to three cars - or even your boat! Plus a utility room and secure garage for your wetsuits, kayaks or bikes. Cwalafila does not accept pets. This property provides one travel cot and one high-chair only - We don't provide a travel cot mattress and cot linen. On arrival you will receive a complimentary welcome pack with a few essentials to get your holiday started the right way:
Who is Cwalafila for?

Cwalafila is the perfect holiday home for golf and beach lovers. Families with children or older adults will appreciate the fact that everything is on the doorstep - from the beach to the restaurants and shops. The bedroom with bunk beds is also superbly equipped for small guests and the garden is enclosed so they can play safely.

Groups of friends will love the relaxing upstairs rooms for chilling, enjoying meals together and drinking in the views on the terrace. The Wii, internet and Sky TV are additional bonuses for entertaining guests on a night in.

All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sandcastle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120-mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons), gift shop, and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
