"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Buckland Manor. The staff was so lovely, the room was always clean, and the food…unbelievable! The staff was also so kind of let us know about the history of the manor which was fascinating. We have told many friends and family about this place and we will definitely be back. "

"Beautiful, clean, fresh and had a lovely warm feel to the whole place…saying that it had only been open 3 weeks when we stayed. Staff were very polite and attentive! Will be staying again very soon!"

"The apartment was immaculate and really well appointed. It has everything you need for a short stay including coat hooks, which are so often missing in a hotel room! The apartment was ideally situated for the town with free parking.
It has a noisy aircon/heating system which I tried and failed to turn off-otherwise perfect! "

"This is a impressive property that was hosted to us very well. Both the exterior and interior were a beautiful sight, especially with the Christmas tree in the hall. It felt very special staying here and it was a comfortable night stay. The property was kept to a nice temperature and the fireplace was easy to manage. Our only regret was both of us not remembering to fill in the form on what we wanted for our cooked breakfast on arrival as this meant we had to select from a different menu in the morning. Although this was a little annoying that we couldn't put a request in for a cooked breakfast as were there at the table we were extremely lucky that the alternatives were delicious! I do think this is a silly rule about pre-ordering breakfast since the table next to us has there cooked breakfast made for them roughly same time so I don't see how this could have been much more work for the chef, especially considering how much is paid for the stay. Putting this aside, we will always remember this place and have taken advantage of their offer for discount on our next stay, booked for next year! Thank you very much. Also, abbots chamber is the room we stayed in and cant love that room enough, the bath is big enough for two and relaxed us beautifully. We are interesting in the other chambers now and look forward to the bishops room!"
