"The Black lion is a lovely pub in the heart of Richmond. Our stay was only for one night, but we had a great time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was big, with plenty of space to get changed, a nice shower and a comfy bed. The bar was lively and drinks were reasonably priced. The cocktails are excellent and 2 for £12 we didn't eat at the pub, but the food looked nice. Richmond in north Yorkshire is worth visiting for sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again."

"The stay at The Old Brewery was really enjoyable one! The house is a beautiful old building and the space is big enough for large family gatherings. The property could have been a bit cleaner and the kitchen is rather small for the scale of the property and needs more utensils like oven gloves, oven trays etc but apart from that we had a wonderful time! The location is beautiful close to the river and a play area for kids and it’s a short walk up to the market square In Richmond albeit up a rather steep hill. A great place up stay with extended family in a fabulous location!"
