We noticed a big group having breakfast before us, so basically we had to eat leftovers, for example only one piece of cheese was left and the staff didn't added more cheeses, scramble eggs were cold, not a good bread selection, no fruits. Nobody care to ask if we need something. "

"The tramway providing easy transportation to the city was an unexpected benefit to our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find from the direction from which we were coming, due to lack of signage. We made a suggestion to the receptionist to add a sign on that side of the entrance way. The receptionist made a note of it and promised to forward it to management."
