"VERY poor hotel, arrived late (11:30pm) after a long drawn out journey and for some reason had to wait 30 minutes to check in, no queues just poor service (and a printer that wouldn’t print - really?). Got to the room to find it was a dirty room uncleaned from the previous occupant. Waited an age again to get a new room which was freezing and in the noisiest part of the hotel. Had to request a heater to make the room habitable - it didn't work. The hotel rooms are just shabby. Not a great experience. And a Platinum IHG member to boot."
