"Loved this place- it was even nicer than the pictures show! Plenty of room, loves the neighborhood- especially the walkability and friendly neighbors. Sat out in the sunroom when it was raining and out on the decks when it wasn’t! Very relaxing place to stay. Caledon State Park has great hiking trails! Fredericksburgs Riverby Bookstore and Sammy Ts sandwich shop were great recommendations."

"This is indeed an adorable cottage within a short walk to both the river beaches and the sound, as well as a short walk to shops and restaurants. The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. The living area is very spacious and the bedrooms roomy. The three full bathrooms were a huge bonus since this was a friends vacation of five women. The outdoor space is amazing, with a huge deck, a lot of seating, and a fire pit with plenty of available wood. We took advantage of the local restaurants, visited multiple antique stores, and enjoyed wine tasting at Ingleside Vineyard. We had a wonderful few days and would definitely go back."
