This apartment was so close to places like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc and metro. You just go on the metro using your contactless payment or phone, no need to buy tickets. You're only a few stops from St Peters, colosseum etc. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, fridge, shops right next door for food, drink etc. Amazing!

Super easy check in process. Cleaning lady was helpful and good. Safe. Good location. Responsive and clean. Only thing I’d say is the AC didn’t seem full power or able to keep up with the super hot temps outside, but when I asked about that, they replied very quick and tried to help.

We loved our stay in the flower room! The area is absolutely perfect, we walked everywhere and could get the metro easily if we needed to. The staff are so lovely and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. We hope to stay again soon!

Cute w great location

Very cute spot in a great location, steps from restaurants and transport. We had a plumbing issue and the host was very quick to respond and provided alternate option. Overall a great spot and I would come back

Excellent access instructions which is huge if you’ve ever had a hard time checking in self-serve. The room was on the street so there was some road noise but overall it was a nice stay.

Great stay overall

Location of the hotel was perfect within walking distance of Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps. Francesca was very attentive and responded every message sent within minutes. There were tips about restaurants and things to do. 100% recommended!

It is a simple, clean and good option if you want something near the Fontana di Trevi. The only problem... it is noisy due to the busy street.

Best of the best location!

All Rome sights are within walking distance. So, you can come to the hotel in the middle and rest easily. There is an elevator, which is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were unattended, but it was very easy, and the information on luggage storage was detailed. Room condition was also very good. Clean and cute interior was very lovely and there were amenities. (Shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc.) The space was a bit on the small side, so there was no space for two people to walk around with their luggage unfolded. Ride the metro directly from the Rome train station and it's very close to the exit, so getting around the city is easy. A map of Rome is also provided. This is a Rome accommodation where everything was perfect. I want to stay here again next time!

A great little gem - clean - outstanding location.

This is a great simple place to stay if you want to be in the hustle/bustle of Rome. It feels like Times Square with all the activity. Lots of places to eat and shop - steps away as are some of the majors sites. The hosts are great, a safe place to leave your luggage if you arrive early and then again, when you check out (10:00am), we picked it up at 17:00 and not issue. The room is very simple, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fine and hot water flowed all the time. Housekeeping was friendly and kept the room neat/clean. If you have mobility issues - this is not the place for you. A few steps to get up to the elevator, however, the elevator does not always work. The rooms are on the 2nd floor so a long walk if you have heavy luggage to bring up/down. The owner was made aware and responded. I just think it is an older elevator and stuff happens. The owner provided a list of local places to eat, shop etc. and this was helpful. Both the subway and several of the major bus routes are just steps from the hotel. Download the bus/subway app of use Google maps. Easy in/out to the building - access with either the keys provided or the pin pad. For the cost/value we would return.
