The apartment located in the historic Centocelle district, 400 meters from the Gardenie Metro stop and 100m from the Bus Line will allow you to reach the beauty of Rome in a few minutes. The neighborhood is well served by shops and transport.
Fast Wi-Fi connection guaranteed throughout the apartment and air conditioning.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.
It consists of:


Kitchen equipped with: dining table, electric induction stove, refrigerator, Italian espresso pot, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
A double bedroom equipped with: air conditioning in summer, double bed, clothes stand, smart-TV.
A room for common use equipped with: air conditioning in summer, sofa bed or double loft bed, ideal as a sleeping area for additional guests.
A bathroom complete with shower, sink, bidet, hairdryer and hairdryer.
