Relax and recharge in this oasis of peace before embarking on a day exploring beautiful Rome.
The apartment located in the historic Centocelle district, 400 meters from the Gardenie Metro stop and 100m from the Bus Line will allow you to reach the beauties of Rome in a few minutes. The neighborhood is well served by shops and transportation. 
Fast wi-fi connection guaranteed throughout the apartment and air conditioning. 
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without a lift.
It consists of: 


Kitchen equipped with: dining table, electric induction hob, refrigerator, moka for Italian espresso, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and all kitchen utensils.
A double bedroom equipped with: air conditioning in the summer, double bed, clothes stand, smart-tv.
A room for common use equipped with: air conditioning in the summer, sofa bed or double loft bed, ideal as a sleeping area for additional guests.
A bathroom complete with shower, sink, bidet, hairdryer.      

Finally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. The wi-fi connection is guaranteed throughout the apartment, excellent for smart-working.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults, ideal for a family, two couples of friends and for digital nomads.

Air conditioning will only be available in the summer period, from 21 June to 21 September.
