The staff, especially Claudia, was amazing-so friendly and helpful. They gave us directions, recommendations, called us cabs and immediately addressed any requests we had. The housekeeping staff was always working hard to keep everything spotless! We really enjoyed the terrace and breakfast/coffee amenities. So charming!! As it is a shared space, we met lovely people but also enjoyed peaceful mornings with coffee and relaxed with wine at the end of the day. The location is wonderful, very walkable to sights. Usually less than 30 minutes to everything but especially close to Spanish steps and trevi fountain area. Super safe area with 24/7 staff at the hotel and security outside on the street. Access to hotel is easy and check in was convenient. Would highly recommend Hotel Charme Spagna to anyone visiting Rome!

Stayed in the annex building If you have mobility issues, do not stay here. If you are unable to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs do not stay here. The Wi-Fi was out for over 24 hours. It took us three tries to get someone to fix it. This was frustrating. Their room was clean. The location was great.

The staff was so lovely and polite and really helpful, hotel was clean and everything you needed. Hotel was brilliant location, only thing I would say is taxis and Ubers are a lot cheaper than the transfer service to airport that the hotel offered, but would defo recommend
