Our suite had its own private elevator and a wrap around terrace with table chairs and loungers. Inside very spacious sitting area walk in closet and sleeping area. The bathroom was tired and could use remodeling but all was very clean and the area was quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to help. The morning breakfast had a lovely variety and an attendant to get you coffee. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent. Especially Luca. The location was fantastic. We stayed in the family room which was clean and set up well. The room itself though seemed dark and a bit run down (scuffs on the wall). I would perhaps have liked to see a brighter room on an upper floor. The location was a bit challenging to get to but walking from here to the sites, great restaurants and shopping was excellent.

Excellent central location, handy for Piazza Navona and on small street with lots of bars, etc. Room had lovely balcony which we would have used if the weather had been warmer. Shame the rooftop bar wasn’t open yet as the view from there looked great. Very helpful staff. Breakfast had everything you would expect in Europe.

The hotel was spotless and comfortable. The location was great! I could walk to so many places and there was delicious food near by. They served a wonderful breakfast in the morning. There was a marathon the morning we had to leave which shut down all the streets around us but the staff worked so hard finding options for us to be able to get to there airport in time. Also just down Via Coronari there is a little hole-in-the-wall place that serves different homemade pastas with a choices of sauce that was delicious and only 8€. Yum

We enjoyed our stay for spring break. Room was a bit small and bedding situation was a bit difficult but staff solved the issue. Kind of hard to find location wise. Breakfast was good but nothing crazy. Room staff was wonderful and room was always clean when we got back. Front desk staff was very friendly too. No AC in rooms just FYI

When we arrived the room was well presented. It was nice and cool however after a day the air-conditioning stopped working, we were told it had been turned off. We had to sleep with the balcony door open but the sea gulls squawking kept us awake. The roof top bar wasn't open the whole time as it was having building work. A light was broken but not fixed when we reported it, apart from these things we had a good stay. The breakfast had a good variety but go down earlier as it wasn't always warm enough.The restaurant next door was amazing and the little walkways were very quaint. The hotel is in a good location and you can get to everything within a 30-40 min walk.
