The property is located about 15 mins walk from the train station Rome Termini, about 20 mins or so to the Spanish steps. It’s pretty close to a lot of restaurants. The room I had was reasonable for it’s price considering it’s in Rome, but you can hear conversations in the hallway. The staff are very friendly.

Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. They have problem with bathtubs setup: the location of the shower was not right. They need to place it in the correctly and they need a plumber to check the drainage.

Everything was great! Nice, quiet neighborhood not to far from things. The only thing I noticed that I meant to share is that the air conditioner was leaking water and there were water stains on the wall and the floor was also wet.

Great location!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if looking for something easy to walk to local attractions, or easily take many transport options within 10 mins. I highly encourage adding the daily breakfast option. In my week stay, and as a first time ever to Rome I was impressed. Some of the amenities of the room & hotel are a bit dated, but that's fine and would be the only thing keeping this from a perfect rating.
