I think her name is Sheila (the lady that serves breakfast) she was amazing! Extremely nice, with great suggestions about what to do in the city, very friendly and kind. I would stay in this place again.

Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Fabio Dei Velapapazza was really nice, the house is located nearby vatican city ideal for a good hike through Rome. All staff had been super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we even got a freshly made omelet and fresh cappuccino. The room was clean and modern.

Quaint but hard bed

The Guest house was cute and quaint. We didn't have time for breakfasts. The bed was too hard but otherwise room great. Communication for check-in was lacking, no front desk and quite large condo building. If not for a nice gentleman who lived there and helped us find it, we could have been waiting for a long time. Very safe neighborhood in Roma

Nos encantó hospedarnos en este hotel. En nuestra primera visita a Roma, nos facilitó el acceso al transporte, el camión te deja a 4 minutos así que está súper para moverte. La atención de las anfitrionas es muy buena, los cuartos muy limpios y en general un hotel silencioso y bueno. El único detalle es que el desayuno no es tan completo y como latinos estamos acostumbrados a desayunar huevos, jamón... y solo había pan, café y yogurt. Fuera de eso todo lo de más fue excelente 💖

Wanted to love it, BUT

Wanted to love this place, its a great location in a beautiful building. Place is sparkling clean. Difficult to check in. Really difficult! We sat in the hallway after being let into the building by the custodial staff for quite some time while our online booking site tried to locate someone, anyone to let us in our room. Room lacked bath linens , not what you want to learn after a trans atlantic flight. We missed out on Breakfast as our arranged tours all had 8 am start times and breakfast service begins at 7:30

These apartments were the best accommodation I could ever had find in Rome. I was impressed on how clean everything looks. Is only like 20 minutes to the Vatican City. I would defend come back, to this plac. Rex was amazing throughout our stay.

Ottima struttura, camere spaziose e pulite, con TV, piccolo frigo con bottigliette in omaggio, bollitore, macchina caffè, letto comodo e ampio, bagno pulito con ampia doccia, dotati di set di cortesia. Buona la colazione. Metropolitana raggiungibile in 5 minuti con pullman con fermata vicino alla struttura o a piedi in 10 minuti. I musei vaticani e Piazza S. PIETRO raggiungibili a piedi in 15 minuti. Consigliato
