Hotel com localização excelente , atendimento da recepção bem bom. Arrumação do quarto poderia melhorar se fosse reposto automaticamente o café e sabão / shampo sem necessidade de pedir. O café da manhã é bom mas servido no quarto pela limitação do tamanho do hotel. Voltaria lá com certeza

Room very dark , had to always have lights on and bathroom could have been cleaner. Location however was good but there is a lot of construction going on nearby so with that and the noisy air con not much chance of good night's sleep .

very close to the Colosseum, minutes at the most, plenty of restaurants right outside, friendly staff and excellent service. Room is pleasing, well maintained, has all the right amenities and has old world charm, but might be due for a facelift to bring it closer to 2019 (tbh, we liked the previous era decor!). While the bathroom was well equipped, modern, and 100% functioning , a minor gripe is 1. the large step up from the room to the bathroom (needs a stair, really) and 2. the very small space ( by most standards). Nevertheless, we would love to stay here again if we came back to Rome.

Location was ideal - right near and between the manor attractions, and on a street with great small eat-in places. Our only problem with the hotel was our own personal complication: we where 5 people: putting a 5th bed into our room was a stretch. We hardly had any space to walk around the beds. But not a deal-breaker, we where walking a lot and not spending much time in the room.

Excellent hotel to stay at whilst exploring Rome. Superb location within Ancient Rome.....few minutes walk from Colosseum & Forum plus random dream views of the Colosseum whilst walking through streets of Monti! Close to several excellent restaurants & a superb gelato place (Flor) literally across the road. Very clean hotel, daily housekeeping, child friendly & a very useful lift. This is a gem of a hotel run by the lovely Mary & her staff. We look forward to staying there again on our future trips to Rome.

A bit from from pictures/expectations.

So, this happened to be a last minute booking for me but I wished I did slightly a bit more research beforehand. The condition of the room was far from the pictures, the wifi was very cracky, and it had a LOT of noise during the daytime that we could not nap right away after getting in from the airport. Aside from the friendly staff that tried their best to help us, the products offered was a bit hard to work with. If you’re on a tight budget and just need a quick place to crash, this would be it.

Charmant hôtel historique transmis de génération en génération. Personnel à l'écoute et agréable. Le gros point fort étant la proximité avec le colisée, le forum et le capitole (300m~). Les fenêtres n'isolent pas totalement du bruit ceci dit, l'expérience reste très positive et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
