훌륭한위치

일단 주변이 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 예전에 떼르미니역 주변에 묵을때는 무섭고 지저분해서 불편했는데, 이 호텔 주변엔 큰 백화점도 있고 트레비분수 스페인계단 등이 도보거리에 있어서 아주 만족했습니다. 호텔 서비스도 좋았구요.

3* rooms in a grand building in a great location

First the positives: Location - superb and close to decent restaurants. The hotel bar - expensive! But superb cocktails, quiet, exclusive and felt like a high-end members' club. The concierge - friendly, helpful and exactly what you'd expect. Quiet location, despite being a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. But.... The rooms are spacious, but sparse. They feel like a 3* room. The plumbing is old, so the shower never got very hot and took FOREVER to get warm. Bathroom amenities were basic and no extra towels. One, slow elevator. So overall, better than some, but a hotel which could make a little more effort. But a good stay nonetheless.

Vi var i Roma i 4 dager. 4 fantastiske dager bl.a. fordi hotellet leverte på alle plan. Et vakkert hotel med en fantastisk betjening. Sentralt plasert ikke langt fra Spanske trappen. Servicen var på topp!!! Gedigen frokost buffet. En god conciers som fikset bord på supre restauranter hvor det var en overvekt av lokale kunder!!!

Impeccable service

The staff was friendly and extremely attentive to our needs. The food in the hotel was incredible. We have stayed at a number of well known 5 Star hotels in the past, and this is one of the top.

Beautiful hotel, top notch staff, love it

Absolutely stunning hotel with an incredible staff that really cares. The mix in styles between the building and room furnishings is fun, and the rooms and baths are large and were Appointed with warmed bathrobes and slippers. The staff was fantastic helping us make the most of our time and always had great suggestions. And the location was walkable to nearly everything....loved staying here!

宿泊初日、市内観光が早かったので、朝食用お弁当を依頼したところ、快く引き受けて頂きました。当日カギを返却したときに、お弁当がありますと、ホテル側より言って頂きました。私の依頼がきちんと伝わっていて嬉しかったです。部屋は小さめでしたが掃除も行き届いていて綺麗でした。次回又利用しようと思います。 朝食も美味しかったです。３日目の朝食から名前を憶えて頂き、席に着いたら名前で呼ばれました。非常に感じがよかったです。
こじんまりとしていましたが、部屋を大きく見せるための努力が見られました。
お風呂場もきれいでした

最寄のベルベリーニ駅が閉鎖されていたため地下鉄に乗ろうと思うとスパーニャ駅まで歩かないといけなかったのが予定外でしたが、寄り道できて結果的にとても良かったです。歩くといっても大した距離でもなかったし、色んなところに行くにもと大変便利でした。 スタッフの方々全員とてもフレンドリーで、アットホーム感あり、ホテルに帰るのも楽しみでした。朝食も美味しくて一日のはじまりに活力が出ました。 また泊まりたいと思います。

Amazing property and staff. Great location. 5minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Via Veneto is also 5 minutes walk from their beautiful park- Their Italian Central Park like our New York one.

The hotel is gorgeous and conveniently located near the Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese and shopping. What sets this hotel apart from all others are the staff and their attention to detail. We were overjoyed that they had our room ready when we arrived at 8am, which is 6 hours before the usual check-in time. Our room had a beautiful view! We appreciated being welcomed with fresh fruit. It was so kind of the staff to wish me happy birthday and bring up a bottle of prosecco. They recommended and arranged the perfect birthday dinner. We also really liked the cocktail bar and strongly recommend it to anyone who likes craft cocktails. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at Hotel Majestic who really made our week in Rome our best vacation yet.

Beautiful hotel, great location

My fiance and I stayed only two nights here during our weeklong vacation to Rome & Florence. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly at the check-in counter. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, including a patio.

Romantic Majestic

Paid for a deluxe king room and got a mini suite with pleasant sitting alcove overlooking the pool. Prosecco and fruit provided after checking in. Everything spotless and bathroom enormous. Nice bar and restaurant was excellent. Can't find anything bad to say about it.

Good but not what we expected

In general the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty space in the closet with enough wardrobes for our clothes. Bathroom was ok, a bit small to be honest and instead of the shower cap i found a bag in the box which it was confusing. We ordered a burger and they brought us a piece of steak and fries. The next morning we ordered food to our room again and after 45 minutes we had to call to check about our order. They apologized and offered it for free because of the delay but when we were making our check out, they were charging it in our bill, not cool at all. For a 5 star hotel I don't think it has the high standard service that you can expect but still the room was very confortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
