Stay Ruined by Faulty Technology and Design
Every night during our stay the bright main room lights came on at a random time ruining our sleep and making our stay very uncomfortable. The AC did not stay at the target temperature overnight. The on-site person wasn't empathetic or helpful at all. The gadgets in the room used all of the available electrical outlets leaving us one desk and one bathroom outlet to use and charge devices. No reading lights, no bedside outlets and a room full of useless gadgets and tech.

Had an amazing stay at hotel trecento. The hotel manager was super friendly. He allowed us to check in early and showed us how to use the technology in the room! The room was clean and comfortable and the room air got super cold. Loved the location of the hotel it was in the center of everything. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again next time we visit Roma!

Stayed in Junior Suite Corso (room 311) 2023 October. Asthetically the room is a fun modern take on 1970s kitsch style, and I mean that in a good way. Hotel is entirely on the 2nd floor. Small (4 persons), but delightfully old fashioned lift. Reception is manned from 9am to 9pm. Guests are provided with a front door key. Good: - The staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. - Room cleaned well every day. - The bed, pillows and bed linen were clean and good. - Lots of towels and soaps, replenished daily. - Excellent location, right by Piazza Venezia, which is central and a hub for many bus routes. Trevi fountain is closest, only 10 minutes walk away. - After a long day walking, the in room massage chair and hot tub (jacuzzi) were just wonderful. - Room is fairly spacious. - Air conditioning seemed to work fine. - Standard hotel digital combination type safe in the wardrobe. - Nice rainfall shower with LED lights and also handset spray. - Windows are double glazed, and have internal wooden shutters. - Good fixtures and fittings. - A small (typical hotel minibar size) fridge. - Hair dryer provided seemed good. - Mood lighting available in multiple colour options. - Free wifi 20 Mbps. Not so good: - The lights, aircon, etc controlled by an app which is a little bit flakey. - Street outside is a bit noisy. Double glazing and shutters do quite a good job of blocking most of the sound, but we could still hear a little street sound.

Hotel is so unique - we were on our honeymoon and we couldnt ask for anything more romantic. Perfect location to walk to many interesting restaurants and sights. Great find!
