Staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is a 5 minute walk from Rome’s Termini train station and the Metro. Breakfast is included in the rate. Great for a few nights, walkable to Trevi Fountain and shopping/restaurants.

Probably the best customer service we've ever had at a hotel. From the front desk staff ( in particular the short brunette) to the kitchen staff ( all work so hard ) To the manager who came and greated us at breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. With love from Vancouver, Canada

Although the bedding was clean the room and bathroom was very run down. The room is overpriced and disappointing.Hotel reception were nice. The area around the train station is horrible, dirty and doesn't feel safe, with beggars and hawkers
