Room was excellent. Location was good. Staff were great What disappointed me was that they never responded to any emails via the Expedia app. I had to literally reach out to them to get a conversation going about how to get the codes. Was too last minute for my liking If your itinerary doesn’t involve a 9-4 check in I’d pass and find a full service hotel My fault I missed this point of them not having full hours

Excellent location! Walkable to many main sites. Good variety of food for breakfast. Shower only has half wall separating it from rest of bathroom so water gets all over the floor easily.

Our stay was comfortable but the building was very old and the floors of the room were so stained and looked so very dirty that it was uncomfortable as well as the hot water cutting out while mid shower. Other than that it was a very nice stay.,

Excellent location, room and service

The hotel's location is ideal for tourists, with easy access to main attractions. The staff is very accommodating and helpful, making every effort to assist guests. While the front desk isn’t available 24/7, this wasn’t an issue during our stay. The staff easily arranged for bag storage on checkout day, allowing us to enjoy a few extra hours in the city worry-free. The room was very quiet, even with a street view. Highly recommended

Great Lovely Place Great Service

We were in Rome for several days and then left and went to Florence for several days. We had to come back to Rome to fly back home for 1 night so we chose this lovely place. This is the heart of Rome and walkable to Colisseum, Trevi Fountain, and other sites. The room was amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful. They even arranged transportation to the airport.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They arranged for transportation and told us where and how to get to the sites. Most are walkable from the hotel. The check in process could have been explained better. We arrived early Sunday morning and weren’t sure how to get in to the property. Luckily someone was leaving and opened the door, as it started to rain on us.

Nice small hotel

We stayed here for 3days on a city break. Had a superior room on the 2nd and a half floor. Lift is VERY small, can only accommodate 2ppl and a little luggage. We used the stairs. Directions to hotel weren’t clear but got there in the end. No sign up for hotel so could be easily missed, but this seems to be the norm for smaller hotels. Staff welcoming and helpful. Free water on first day. Room decent size with nice rain shower and separate toilet. Safe in room and open wardrobe. Beds comfortable. Air con good. Not many British channels on tv. Tea and coffee facilities however no milk!! Did ask for some but never got it. Was informed u can use coffee machine in reception anytime. Breakfast on 1st floor at reception and also at inside terrace which was nice. Not a great choice for breakfast but always managed to get something. Able to walk to all of the sights and near a lot of restaurants. Not far from 2 sizes and Mr 100 tiramisu which are both must try’s. Got bus from airport to train station tickets €7 or €12 return, cheaper if u book online (open returns which is ideal) Then bus from station to hotel €1.50 Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again if in Rome.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room which is nice. They have a lovely little breakfast with a great coffee machine which makes special coffees. You can help yourself to coffee and tea 24 hrs/day. The staff were very helpful and booked our transportation to and from the airport plus the cruise terminal. Lots of near by restaurants and easy walking distance to lots of sights.

The room was wonderful. Clean, maintained, and helpful staff. The shower in our room wasn't enclosed completely for privacy but we were able to manage. The location is perfect. It's in a quieter area but in close walking distance to major sites, restaurants, and shopping. We will stay here again if traveling to Rome.

The staff were great at communicating with us and very helpful. The complimentary espresso was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The best thing about this room is the location. You are within walking distance to EVERYTHING. This is an amazing location if you plan on walking. The staff were so friendly!

Uma boa surpresa em Roma

Viagem de férias, este pequeno hotel me surpreendeu. Por ser no centro de Roma, esperava algo mais antigo e rústico. Fica na frente do Largo Argentina, fácil acesso ao Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona e ao bairro Trastevere, onde iamos todas as noites. Um pouco longe do Coliseu, Vaticano e Roma Termini. Mas na frente do hotel passa vários ônibus, que utilizei bastante também. O hotel oferece café da manhã a 10,00 Euros. Recomendo.
