To be fair, the lady that welcomes you to the hotel was very polite. She texted me via whatsapp to check in on my arrival time and admittedly didn't speak any English but tried her best to understand me. Once I was on property she really struggled to give me instructions in English but I appreciated her patience. The room did not look like the website promoted, and outside is full of construction and homeless people. There were roaches in the room which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, you can hear every conversation in the hallway, the adjoining rooms and every single car that drives by. Not great if you like sleeping.
