We loved our stay at Martina Suites The manager was responsive and helpful with early check in The location was the best feature being close to the metro station , shopping and tourist attractions Would highly recommend the property .

Lovely suite, beautifully decorated, amazing shower (waterfall showerhead) Lighting options were great, but the light panel stayed lit up even with all the lights off Aircon was not very effective. TV/mirror combo made it difficult to use for either option But overall a lovely quiet room, cleaning service with fresh towels and sheets every day and in a good location for metro and walkable to a lot of attractions Would happily recommend and stay again

Property was exactly as advertised. Really convenient location, 17-20 min by walk to Trevi fountain. Lots of restaurant options and you’re 3 min away from shopping street. The check in was interesting, it’s the first time I ever did qr code check in, which it gets sent to your phone, and that’s basically your key card, super convenient. If I ever come to Rome again, would definitely stay at Martina Suites

Martina Suites Exceeded our Expectations!!

Martina Suites exceeded our expectations! The location is just walking distance from restaurants, plazas, and shopping places. The room is immaculately clean, with very modern amenities. The fridge is always fully stocked with free juices, soda, and water and also offers complimentary snacks which you don’t see in other hotels. Stephanie, the lady in charge of cleaning the room, made our stay delightful! I will recommend this hotel a hundred percent!!

The place was great, we mistakenly thought it was a hotel, it’s a guest house. So we thought we could bag drop and go out to the city. We contacted them and we met up with a super nice cleaning woman who let us in to drop bags. Cell service was spotty so downloading QR code took a while, but once done easy to get in. Near everything but on a side street that was quieter.

Stayed here for three nights. Room was very clean and in a convenient location. It was also nice that two small bottles of water, juice, and some light snacks were provided at no extra charge and replenished daily. From there, it was all downhill: First of all, reservation was non refundable. The check in process was horrendous and unacceptable. There was zero communication from the host or response to requests. We were leaving from the US to Rome in four hours and still had no idea how to access the room. Finally had to contact Expedia who offered me the hosts phone number on Whatsapp. I contacted the host and still waited 5 hours for a response which requires a VERY complicated and thorough check in process, uploading of documents, and payment of $36 Euros city tax, before we were sent information on how to access the facilities. I basically got no sleep waiting for the response and worried we would land in Rome without any information about where to go I then found out, the Martina Suites is not a suite after all. Instead it is a single bedroom with an attached bath. The extra rooms shown in the picture are merely a reception area shared with three other rooms that served no purpose.tm The room lacked any type of drawer space or even space for luggage Lastly, the lack of responsiveness from the host was appealing. It took at least 3 hours, sometimes longer to get a response. Response to the coffee maker not working was 'we cannot help you '. Stay away from place

The property was very clean and a great location to stay if you plan to site see and shop this is the place to be. The only reason why I gave an average rating was because we never received our information/directions 72 hours before arriving we were outside the building for 20minutes trying to get ahold of someone and we had no WiFi to fill out the documentation because your caught between 2 buildings outside trying to do it. Finally someone came down to help us and gave us the QR code needed. It was very warm in our room I reached out and was told it is turned off during the day however ours was never on and it was very hard to sleep when muggy in the room and then I was ignored and no one answered me. In addition we reached out for a late check out because our flight was later and no one ever responded to that either.

Very well located, 5 minutes walk to metro. Close enough to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps (1 Km), Navona square. Had a problem with safe (broke). Cleaning lady was extremely helpful. Contacted owner and safe was repaired in a couple of hours. They sent us picture of content and everything was there (passport, money, electronics). Thanks to very honest people. Would book again. AC worked well, confortable bed and great control on lighting. All amenities top notch.
