The property is located very central and close walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Victor Emmanuel Monument. The property has convenient storage lockers for luggage at no cost if you arrive early. Our room was very spacious. Property also has an elevator.

We had problem with the hot water, it at first was intermittent, and than in the morning no hot water for about 1-2 hours before they could get it fixed, friendly staff, excelent location.

Clean , lots of space , storage for clothes, coffee a plus and water, thanks! Iron and hairdryer , we didn’t use the kitchen but ideal for families! Great location and we could walk everywhere in Rome. It is a bustling location so the earplugs were a great touch. Rome never sleeps ! Loved the breakfast and the help with the transfer ! I would stay again!

This is like an apartment. Laundry was on site and free. It had a kitchenette. Location was great. 15 min walk to colosseum, 3 min to Piazza Venezia, 5 min to Trevi, 15 min Spanish steps, 15 min to the pantheon and 5 min to the Roman Ruins. All in all the best location Only nit pick: Breakfast from the place was meh. Better options are available in multiple places nearby. Anyway you have to walk past multiple places to the Numa breakfast place.

Wifi is the only downside in this unit - very weak. Would be good if the host left some batteries for remotes as well. This location was stellar and pretty quiet at night. Lots of storage - would be great for a longer stay.

The room was nice , comfortable as described and great location, but the air conditioner did not work and was not corrected for the duration of the 3 night stay, communicated several times daily and they continued to say that there was nothing wrong, however it was more hot in the room than outside. Had to sleep with the windows open and then the noise was unbearable...unacceptable. Was offered a 15% credit for the inconvenience that have not received...very disappointed with how we were treated 👎

The staff was very helpful. We had a glitch with our email and couldn't get the codes for the doors. They helped us and were very competent and genial. Thank you to Sergio and Eleonora. The room was spotless and appropriately appointed. The location is excellent for touring the Forum and Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. The only drawback was that the side street on which it is located was blocked to car traffic so we had to drag our suitcases a little way.

The location is second to none, the room or apartment I should say, was large, beautifully decorated, super clean and the beds we’re exceptionally comfortable. We had a full bathroom and a powder room, which was is super convenient. Ammenities are great, kitchenette, laundry and an essentials locker fully stocked. The problem was that there is no staff on site, everything is managed remotely, so we got locked out of our room and we waited approximately 2 hours to have the problem resolved. Turns out I had neglected to pay for the city tax, although I did not get a remainder, once I paid, the access thing got resolved, but it took a while to get help and for the help desk to figure out what the problem was. Another thing is that there was no elevator access to our floor, we were in apartment 205 and instructions were to go up to the third floor and then go down one flight of curved stairs, with luggage in tow, I understand that old buildings are wonky, but accesibility is definitely an issue. All in all and even with the few issues we had I would absolutely book again.

Excellent location, coffee available each day, clean towels available. Breakfast is good but you have to walk down the street to reach it. Free washer and drier! This was a huge bonus for our family. Loved the apartment, would stay here again.

This was a very fun place to stay. Everything is self service and very easy to work with. The apartment was so spacious and had everything. There’s a common space with washer and dryer and extra toiletries/clean towels for your needs. Felt secure.
