Comfortable, clean and quiet

The staff at this B&B was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast items are varied and always available, which was nice. The apartment is really clean, and my room was well furnished, including a table to enjoy sitting outside. Our shower was a bit too small, but I got to peak into the other two rooms, and it looks like theirs were bigger. If this is a concern, I'd ask in advance. They are super accommodating and very nice.

예약을 하였지만 로마로 가기전 하루전 저녁 7시쯤에 이메일로 컴퓨터 에러로 방이 available하지 않다고 메일이 왔습니다. 혹시나 몰라서 로마에 도착해서 B&B를 겨우겨우 찾아갔는데 현관벨을 울려도 사람이 안나오고, 겨우 사람이 내려왔지만 자기들은 잘못없고, expedia에 전화하라고만 합니다. 저녁늦은시간에 핸드폰으로 근처 호텔에 가서 하루만 숙박하였음. 그 다음날 호텔에서 korean hotel.com에 전화해서 이상황을 이야기하고 남은 날은 해결할수 있었음.

An honest review of Orlando Bed and breakfast

When we first arrived we were a little disappointed as the area is not too good and we found it was too far away from the centre of Rome. We got the Metro every day, which was great, but this stopped at 11.30pm so we tended to stay locally most evenings and there is not much to do locally. We did not know that bed and breakfast in Rome means a self service, and by this I mean that it was basically an apartment share. We had our own bedroom and toilet but the kitchen and living area was for all three rooms which was a bit awkward to start with, however, the breakfast was continental and generous and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Christina was not there when we arrived despite this being arranged but fortunately a helpful resident of the block called her as I could not reach her on my phone. We did not see her again. Having said all that, we loved Rome but would not stay in this area again - stay in the area Trastevere where all the restaurants and bars are. If you do stay here, you must go to Osteria del Cavaliere which is a fantastic restaurant 2 minutes walk from Orlando Bed and Breakfast. The food is amazing and staff brilliant.

Fantastic!

This was the best place I could have stayed! The location was great to catch the metro, walk around and shop and most importantly, Christina and Anatolv! They were the best hosts I have had the pleasure of staying with. I will make sure I stay there again on my next visit in Roma.

Boa estadia. Ficamos em um bom quarto e não fomos incomodados. A localização é excelente, entre as estações de metrô Re di Roma e Ponte Lungo. A varanda é bastante agradável e a cozinha é bem útil. Recomendo.

A ne pas manquer lors de votre séjour à Rome

Excellent accueil Christina et Anatol sont des gens entièrement à l'écoute. Tant sur le plan renseignements, petit dejeuner, propreté, et surtout un endroit à 2 minutes de 2 stations de métro ou d'une ligne de bus pour se rendre dans la cité Antique qui a pied doit être environ à 1/4 heure ! Cela n'est pas un hotel, c'est un ancien appartement divise en 3 chambres avec ce que vous apprécierez certainement et le calme apres le brouhaha de la journée, avec un grand plus, une terrasse dominant la ville où il fait bon se reposer le soir ou le matin pour prendre votre petit dejeuner sous l'œil attentif de nos hôtes qui sont à nos petits soins. Bref, vous l'aurez compris en plus de cette ville éternelle, ou la gentillesse des gens l'habitant, notre prochain séjour à Rome se passera dans ce lieu. 10/10 (ancien Agent commercial, j'ai fréquenté toute ma carrière professionnelle les hôtels et je peux dire qu'un tel accueil, a du m'arriver qu'une dizaine de fois)

B&B de très bonne qualité pres des centres intérêt

Accueil très chaleureux, explications des centres d'intérêts, présentations des installations très propres et bien entretenus, grande chambre donnant sur la terrasse, salle de bain complète et fonctionnelle, beaucoup de rangement. excellent petit déjeuner sur une belle terrasse ensoleillée accompagné d'un très bon service. Situation géographique avantageuse par rapport aux transports en commun et aux centres d'intérêts à visiter. Hôtes agréables, présent et serviables, une seule surprise quant au payment on nous a demandé de règler la note en argent comptant, pas très évident lorsque l'on paie normalement avec la carte de crédit. Dans l'ensemble notre expérience fut très agréable et on recommande l'endroit très chaleureusement.

Nice Room in a Nice Neighborhood

We arrived and they moved us to a different b&b because the bathroom was broken. I took about an hour and a half for us to get our new room because it was not ready when we arrived. Then the next morning we needed to move all of our stuff back to the original room. It was very annoying and dissapointing. Other than that the B&B was a good value and a preatty nice place

Rundum zufrieden!!

Eine tolle , für Rom, preisgünstige Unterkunft. Fünf Gehminuten zur Metrostation Re di Roma. Mit linie A ist die nördliche Altstadt und der Vatikan problemlos zu erreichen Von der Piazza San Giovanni (10 Gehminuten oder Metro) bieten sich Busse und die Tamlinie 8 an den Rest zu erkunden.

Wir waren über ein Wochenende in Rom. Das B&B haben wir gleich gefunden, obwohl es in einer kleinen Seitenstraße liegt, an der man unachtsamerweise auch vorbeilaufen könnte. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sauber. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin herzlich empfangen. Auf unsere flexiblen Frühstücksuhrzeiten ging sie gerne und unkompliziert ein. Alles in allem eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte und preiswerte Unterkunft. Beim nächsten Rom-Urlaub sofort wieder.

Nous avions un appartement spacieux et bien situé à notre disposition, mais celui-ci était sale et mal entretenu avant notre arrivée. L'état de la salle de bain et du lit était vraiment déplorable et inconfortable.

We stayed four nights at Orlando Innamorato B&B and no regrets for that at all! It's clean, nice and host is great. Subway station is really near and you are whereever you wannna be in a blink of eye.

Cristina foi muito amável e atenciosa em relação a nossa estadia. Era nossa chegada na Itália e ela nos ofereceu todas as dicas e facilidades para nos hospedarmos na bela Roma. O quarto era bem limpo, localizado em um bairro tranquilo e com fácil acesso ao metrô. Ela nos deu dicas de restaurantes, mercados e vários serviços pertos do B&B e de bom custo benefício. Adresse à recommander

Chambre refaite à neuf récemment, très propre (nettoyée tous les jours), au dernier étage. Spacieuse pour une chambre double, mais ne correspond pas à la chambre triple que l'on avait réservée (simple lit d'appoint) ! Excellent accueil de Christina, qui sait être présente dès qu'on le souhaite, nous donner tous les conseils nécessaire, tout en sachant s'éclipser quand il le faut. Le petit déjeuner se prend sur place, est très bien, bien qu'un peu tard (à partir de 8h30). Emplacement : dans Rome même, mais pas dans le centre. Proximité du métro (5 min à pieds), du bus 87 (5 min à pieds) qui dessert directement le Colisée et le centre (Panthéon), et du train (10 minutes à pieds) avec liaison directe avec l'aéroport.

Calme et pratique

Ce n'est pas un Bed and Breakfast, mais plutôt un appartement transformé en mini hôtel de 3 chambres. Il se trouve à 10 min à pied de la gare Tuscolana (ligne directe depuis l'aéroport), 5 min à pied d'une station de métro et 15 min à pied de la basilique St jean de Latran dans un quartier résidentiel avec des restaurants à proximité. Notre chambre donnée dans une ruelle donc très calme la nuit ce qui est très bien. La chambre était faite tous les jours et les draps et serviettes ont été changés au bout de 2 jours. Le lit est confortable, par contre le pommeau de la douche mériterai d'être changé . Le petit déjeuner est très correct,. Du thé, tisanes et café avec biscuits sont à disposition toute la journée. Cristina, la gestionnaire, est très sympathique et fait des efforts pour communiquer avec nous malgré la barrière de la langue. Pour nous ce fut une très bonne solution, loin de l'effervescence du centre ville et très pratique.
