The property was decent at best. had some false advertising including the availability of laundry services on site which is not true. This hotel does not have any laundry services, we had to walk a quarter mile to get our clothes washed as we were in the middle of a 2 week vacation. They also advertise that you have air conditioning control in your room which is not true, according to the staff they decided how cold or hot your room is depending on the weather outside. Our first and last night we spent the night in a room that was measuring 26 degrees Celsius and the staff simply said there was nothing they could do besides wait to call the technician in the morning to switch all the rooms to either having no AC or having limited AC. The room size is also not accurately represented. There was little to no walking space in the room. The only 3 good things about this hotel is that they have a pretty decent cafe / restaurant in the first floor of the property, they offer a private car service to and from the hotel on the day of your check in and check out, and the staff is nice. At the end of the day I wouldn’t recommend this property to family or friends.
