Small room but sufficient for one person. Advertised as including free breakfast — not the case for me even though the reservation said breakfast included.

B&B con colazione a pagamento…bah se è un affittacamere allora forse dovrebbe cambiare denominazione!!!!! camera invivibile in quanto interamente occupata dai letti…manco i cinesi. Vista la scortesia della sua collaboratrice le faccio presente che le condizioni della stanza sono pessime, rumorosa in quanto affaccia sulla via principale e sprovvista di doppi vetri, set di cortesia inesistente nonostante lo inseriate nella vs descrizione, piletta del lavandino assente, telefono della doccia spaccato, dispenser del sapone sporco e non in linea con le prescrizioni Covid, abat-jour rotta e riassemblata con lo scotch…aggiungo che la pignoleria con cui stamane siamo stati “cacciati” dalla struttura mi è sembrata assolutamente fuori luogo. Forse con un po’ di umiltà sarebbe bastato essere un poco più cortesi e disponibili alle critiche visto il vs disguido relativo alla prenotazione. Non mancherò di pubblicizzarvi!!!!

La posizione era Ottima e il prezzo pure. Camera carina e il bagno gradevole. La cosa negativa è stata la pulizia.. Il primo giorno che ho soggiornato c'era troppa polvere ovunque, pure sotto al letto.. Nonostante sono stati molto carini nei miei confronti, per me devono migliorare nella pulizia.. Perché nonostante hanno pulito, ho trovato polvere di nuovo.. pure sotto al letto. Per chi è allergico alla polvere penso che non ci può soggiornare.

Improvements Needed

First of all, this NOT a BED AND BREAKFAST. There is no food provided. There are two coffee mugs with sugar packets in them provided along with a water heater, but no coffee or tea provided???? Makes no sense. The room was comfortable, although the bed took up 80% of the room. I didn’t have enough hangers or shelving for my clothes and I only packed a backpack and a small duffel. There was a hair dryer, but no shampoo or conditioner. Hand soap was available on the sink. The room had AC, although I didn’t utilize it and a window facing the interior courtyard which is nicely landscaped. The place itself is a hallway with about 6 doors for multiple guests. Each door is locked individually which is great! The doors leading into the hallway are made of paper thin material though. All noise made by other residents can be heard through the door. I could hear people’s full conversations at all times of the day. 12pm or 12am. Overall it was clean and comfortable but lacked the expected breakfast that was advertised and other common items like shampoo and conditioner.

Francesca is very sweet on arrival and very helpful. The B&B is close to the Vatican. Their courtyard is very charming. The room itself is nice, clean, and simple. If I return to Rome I would book here again.

Was excellently located in the heart of Rome. The lady Francesca was lovely and did all to ensure we saw all the sites and even arranged some fast track tickets to the Vatican City. I plan to return on my next visit.

Its called a bed and Breakfast. It should be called a bed and coffee cups with no coffee. The room was nice though, air conditioner worked, but the name does not fit. No breakfast.

A very clean, very small room just about 6 mins walk from the Vatican. It was lovely to stroll over to St. Peter's Square in the evening when there were no crowds at all. While the room was small, it was quiet and peaceful with a nice big window overlooking a lovely lush, green courtyard...it was hard to believe you were in the middle of busy, bustling Rome. For the price, we were happy with it. We didn't do the breakfast, as there were many other cafe options right outside the door.

La posizione è ottimale per la vicinanza dei servizi. La camera sufficientemente confortevole con qualche miglioria da apportare (mancano le tende alla finestra, i prodotti da bagno non garantiscono la massima igiene perché c’è solo un dispencer di sapone liquido da usare come sapone/docciaschiuma e shampoo che viene rabboccato). Property is very close to the Vatican and the metro line. It is easy to get around Rome by foot or metro. The room is very comfortable, shower fixture was in need of replacement but still could take a shower. Glad we had AC after a day of walking around.

Nette Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung

Wir waren 3 Tage vor Ort. Der Hotelmanager, Pasquale, ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kerl. Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional. Bei einer Städtereise habe ich andere Ansprüche als bei einem Wellnessurlaub. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem Wohnblock. Man hat also ein bisschen das Gefühl, dass man dort wohnt. Metro, Busse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich der Vatikan befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Klare Empfehlung!

Great place,LITERALLY 2 short blocks from Vatican!

It was very easy to find (2 minute walk from Octaviana) and Franchesca was waiting for us with a big smile on her face! She helped us into our room and got us on our way exploring. They have a nice app for the Vatican but SHHH don´t let anyone else know (it´s 5 Euros, but still cheaper than getting audio guides at Vatican, and VERY informative) Would recommend!!

Christmas Family Vacation

Francesca was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean with daily service. Location was great, 10 minutes walk to St Peter’s Square or metro station. We used the hotel shuttle service for transfer from the airport and it was convenient and made arrival a breeze. Francesca made for a great Roman Holiday!
