It’s all about the location. We could walk everywhere and the reception desk ladies were very friendly always welcoming us with a smile. Breakfast was great as well. Having said that, don’t expect it to be a big hotel with amenities, it’s still a boutique hotel.

LOUD - could hear people at all times I’m the night. The elevator can fit 2 people at most. There were cracks in the walls of the room, & remote didn’t work for the tv.

The hotel was small but very clean and well-decorated. The breakfast was typical for Europe--a variety of choices (salami, cheese, caprese salad, fruit, cereal). The staff was very helpful there but they don't keep milk out, you must ask for it whether its coffee or cereal (odd....) Generally, the rest of the staff wasn't particularly friendly. The desk manager eye-rolled when I asked the bellman not to take our bags right away as we checked in. I could do without the attitude. The area was busy be easily walkable to most things (Trevi fountain, shopping, Spanish Steps etc.)

I loved the stay. Very close to fiuntain Trevi and walking distance to the colosseum. The room was comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. I wouls stay again

Nothing- except I wish there was more coffee pods or an earlier breakfast. We had an early tour and we asked for coffee pods or something to take to go- but it wasn’t ready. They did try to help us though.
