Acceptable

The property is a bit old but being maintained in good condition. Very clean. All you need in a room during your stay is provided. A/C works ok for hot weather. The breakfast: can’t recommend to book if you expect something like cheese, ham, eggs, fresh croissants and etc.

Extremely unsatisfied and do not recommend.

I booked this B&B for our anniversary trip to Europe for our stay in Rome. The pictures on the site make it look great, in our opinion that’s where it ended. The AC barely worked well enough to keep the room tolerable. It said it was 20C (68F) but it was 100% not accurate. We were sweating in the room most of the time. Outside weather was high 80s low 90s. Bed was comfortable (memory foam) but unfortunately added to the heat. Was booked for a triple room that had a sofa but our room did not have one. No waste bin in the room. Unclear which bathroom was ours since it was external so we just picked the one closer to our room. Shower was missing part of the glass panel so water was making a mess. Buffet breakfast was a joke. It was two cereal dispensers with milk and juice in the fridge. There was a sign in the kitchen that actually said breakfast from 8:30-10:30am but you could have that cereal anytime you wanted. The sink in the kitchen didn’t have running water so you can’t actually cook in said kitchen even if you wanted to. Owner came by morning of our second day to collect payment at 8:30-9am while we were trying to sleep. The windows are sound proof so no outside noise was heard but the inside is another story. You can hear everyone coming and going. We ended up getting sick and it was not a place you want to try and rest and recover in because of the heat. Extremely disappointed in our stay and it was overall a major negative in our overall trip unfortunately.

Das Hotel war sehr schlecht als solches erkenntlich und nicht beschildert. Das Frühstücksbuffet bestand jeden Tag aus zwei gefüllten Croissants - an einem Tag war kein Kaffe vorhanden. Die Zahlungsmodalitäten vor Ort waren nicht wirklich koordiniert.

美味しいレストランや、観光情報を教えてくれます。駅からそんなに遠くない。エアコンも装備。Netflixが見れるのはポイント高いです(英語ですが)。マネージャーのジャンニさんもとてもフレンドリーでした。値段からしたらとても良いB&Bだと思います。

Excelente atención y muy buena estadía

Realmente muy buena la atención de todo el staff... principalmente Gianni quien no ha dado diversas orientaciones y se ha puesto a disposición para cualquier consulta que teníamos. Ubicado próximo a una estación de metro y diversas paradas de bus, tiene un buen desayuno y habitación cómoda con una muy bella decoración. Un aspecto que podría ser mejorado es la indicación/señalización del hospedaje, pues está ubicado en un piso dentro de un edificio y cuando llegas por primera vez no es muy fácil identificarlo.

Lovely B&B close to city centre

Gianni was a fantastic host and made our stay in Rome excellent with his knowledge of the citys attractions and best restaurants. His b&b is charming, and is set close to the city’s main attractions. We thourougjly enjoyed our stay and were made so welcome. Would highly recommend

Lindo lugar con fácil acceso a todos lados

La pasamos de maravilla en Romantic Dreams. Al llegar el dueño nos contó de todos los lugares que son buenos para visitar y como llegar a ellos. También varios lugares para ir a comer y como conseguir mejores precios. El desayuno muy bueno siempre con abundante comida. La habitación muy linda y cómoda. Siempre todo limpio y ordenado. Nuestra estadía fue excelente y les agradecemos por la buena onda. Recomiendo el hotel y esperamos volver a visitarlos!
