Unlike the 5-star reviews I haven’t got much good to say. The “guest house” is in fact a bedroom in a small condo apt shared with 3 other bedrooms, a common sofa, and small kitchen— even if you did cook, nowhere to eat. Tiny balcony with a mop and ladder on it and ashtray loaded with butts. 15 min walk to subway then 20 minute ride to most attractions in Rome. Noisy upstairs neighbours and barking dog next door. Boring neighborhood with few restos. Worst part of experience was showing up with NO instructions on how to get in, begging an Italian waiter in a bar next door to call a number on the outside door, then waiting another 20 minutes for someone to let us in. We do not recommend this place.
