"Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, the only drawback was that it was slightly too warm although that was easily fixed by keeping the window open. Would definitely recommend it. Only a short walk to the main Hauptbahnhof and stadt zentrum. "

"The breakfast menu was fine except it was not evident how to make a cup of tea! Too complex with metal strainers and loose leaf tea. Us English need an easy cuppa in the morning! Just get some tea bags and make it easier! "

The staff was very nice, patient, and friendly. My German is not good but they no issue answering my questions. The area is central so I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go."
