"We stayed here for 3 nights while my husband was recuperating from being in hospital. The staff could not have been more helpful (especially as we had to make an amendment to our booking for medical reasons). The hotel was spotlessly clean as was our room. The bed was big and extremely comfortable, as were the pillows (quite rare in hotels from our experience). We ate in the restaurant on one evening and in the bar area on another and both times were very happy with the quality of food and service. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of food and drink options. Use of the spa facilities were an added bonus."

"We had a very good short break in Ross on Wye!! The area has a lot to offer.. we were particularly impressed with choice of excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect for us offering a separate bedroom in their family suite."

"Great hotel, super location and the bar area was superb. Some renovations going on while we were there, no warning of that which would have been nice , or a few free drinks to compensate as we have had at other places but still very good and recommended."
