This hotel location made the most sense but the hotel won’t give me any early check in option (even though I have platinum on Expedia), and asked me to pay £30 to check in at 1300PM and also another £30 to store my small luggage before checkout time. Jokes!"

"For an entry level 5* hotel it ticks all the boxes. I stayed in a deluxe queen which was almost spotless (water marks on the shower screen and the sink tap was a bit off). Other than that, the air con worked, the bed was very comfortable the staff were extremely friendly, the hotel overall was extremely clean and the restaurant was sublime."

"Great stay. The family room was ample and fit 4 people perfectly. Staff were attentive and helpful, breakfast was good and had plenty of options and the pool was great for children. Very close to the tube and good value"
