The car parking area at the front and back needs smartening up, it's not in keeping with the interior of the building which is very smart.

It was OK but seemed quite expensive for an average hotel the breakfast had ok buffet options but no options for eggs other than scrambled and most pastries had gone by the time we arrived

Food very good and service was good, made up for the out dated buildings interior and exterior . Paid to upgrade our room, but sadly it was nothing special, soap dispensers did not work.

Good for 1 night
Appropriate for the purpose of overnight travel accommodation. Stayed in a single room that would not fit more than a single in there so that’s fine. The bed/pillows were not good, incredibly lumpy and flat. It was very warm in there also. Bathroom radiator on all the time. Its location was great, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good. Lovely service all round. Just that room and bedding, felt quite isolating where it was, and size of it made it seem worse.

A lovely spacious hotel, clean, nice staff and an excellent breakfast, will definitely be using the Jephson hotel again.

No heating working
The room size was so small with no heating. I checked in at night around 11pm and had to leave early mornign, so had no time to even complain. Moreover the reception was miles away from the room

Good comfortable room, but needs a proper table
Clean, comfortable room. The very small table in the room was not suitable for work though - not enough space for a laptop and the mirrored surface prevented a mouse from working.

Great values, spacious room, friendly and something staff. Can’t ask for more that that. The door to my room wasn’t locking when I got there, but the start sorted that out. And the room was plenty toasty.

Lovely place, the only complaint I would have is the parking is a little difficult if they’re busy and also my room had some sort of sewage smell coming from the bathroom however the ventilation system did eventually clear it off
