"This was my second stay at Loans, very nice Hotel, restaurant has been recently refurbished to very high standard. If i had to find a negative it would be the breakfast chefs attempt at Eggs Benedict/Loans, it was terrible and let everything else down, however i would still go back. I would also recommend they spend a few quid on some modern televisions(Man thing)"

"Absolutely fantastic - an incredibly beautiful property in a lovely quiet street. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host. The building had a stunning front room for guests to use and was beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. "Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution.
