"Picanha Steak was over cooked. Requested medium-rare but came out medium-well. Breakfast ok, the staff who “greeted” me at the desk didn’t seem interested un customer service. Room lovely however, had one of the renovated rooms. Clean, and well decorated "

"Check in was quick. Room was dated but clean and tidy. Gym was adequate. However, I barely slept. The room was ridiculously warm, even with the windows open. The walls were paper thin so I could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. The hotel is on a main road so the traffic noise was loud with the window open. "

"Room nice with 2 lge double beds which had freshly bright bed linen. Complimentary tea/coffee biscuits. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries.Few local pubs and eateries within a easy walk. Not far by car to retail park with plenty of shops."
