You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Spacious and modern new construction with lots of room for the family.

This property is an entire one level house with 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is fully furnished and includes all the bedding and towels required for any duration of stay. Relax in the living room and watch a movie or play video games together with the PS4. Local cable is included for sports fans. The dining room has a full size dining room table with room for 6.
In the fully equipped kitchen you have beautiful quartz counters and stainless steel appliances along with a wide selection of all the utensils and tools required to prepare meals. There is a selection of basic spices and cooking supplies included. You will also find a Keurig machine with an ample supply of coffee pods and a variety of specialty teas.
There is a full sized washer and dryer with a good supply of detergent pods and dryer sheets for all of your laundry needs. There are two mini split heat pump units in the house which easily manage the temperature year round and provide air conditioning in the summer.
The back yard is a fully fenced space and it can be accessed from the side yard as well as from the primary bedroom. The driveway can easily accommodate 2 cars and there is also parking on the street if needed as well.

The house is located in a subdivision of new homes with many young families. I would ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours and remember that Nature's Backyard is a no smoking property and that the quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am please be respected.

Normal check in time is 5pm but early check in may be an option depending on the calendar. This is a function of the availability of my cleaning provider. Please contact me ahead of time if you would like early check in and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Please use the VRBO platform for all communication. This way there is a record of all messages and no special requests or concerns are lost. I will respond very quickly using the app. I may not receive email messages directly from guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Victoria. The three rooms were super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. The host was very considerate and even extended our stay by an hour, which we really appreciated. The location was great, being close to the main highway, making it convenient to access all the sightseeing places. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it. Lovely new & modern home

Excellent stay in this modern home, perfect size for families, with all amenities needed available for use. Located in quiet area with easy access to all major attractions and local towns for restaurants, shops, etc. Nice place to land after a busy day of activities! Communication with host was A++. Highly recommend.

Quite Nice

Nice size house with 3 large bedrooms. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with the 2nd bathroom down the hallway. Kitchen has all you need and the dining table as well as the living room easily accommodates 5-6 adults. Washer & dryer worked well. Neighborhood is 7 years old but has no sidewalks and only 2 gas stations and McDonalds are within walking distance. Check-in / out was easy. Had no reason to contact the host while staying there for 7 days in March of 2025.

Michael was great host responded quickly to questions....our only concern was 5 older women and only 4 bath towels could use more linens and fridge could have.been cleaner. It would help of a guest info book available with how things worked...cleanimg expectations when we left and info on area. That said overall comfortable and pleasant.

Good location but dirty

The house was a new construction and is located conveniently near the highway but surprisingly dirty. Found some gooey stuff with hair stuck in it on the freezer shelf and crumpled receipt and a candy wrapper on the nightstand from the previous visitor. Very surprised to see how dirty it was but the only answer I heard from the owner was that he would contact his cleaner. No correction during my three day stay. the coffee machine was also broken. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and bathroom stuff though.

We wanted a house near the Butchart Gardens and this home fit us nicely. The house is bright and inviting, with many windows. The layout is comfortable and the home is well stocked. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive.
