The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, while the living area includes a sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width, suitable for an additional guest. Situated on the upper floors, between floors 1 and 3, the apartment is a non-smoking property that has been lovingly and thoughtfully appointed throughout. Guests benefit from complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout their stay. The price of the stay includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating, as well as parking, internet access, reception service, final cleaning, and a set of bed linen and towels per stay.
