85 m2. More information by the provider: The well-kept house Amasaas is quiet and sunny on a hillside, above the mountain stream "Fee-Vispe", near the station of the Alpin Express (150m). Nearest restaurant (200m). Town center (400m). Parking (about 600m), from there on request luggage transport by the landlord. Access to the house (50m) over narrow, cleared path.
3-room apartment (new renovated in autumn 2011), 2. floor: 1 sleeping room with 3 beds and shower/WC, 1 double room, bath/WC, living room-kitchenette with dish-washer, TV, central heating, south balcony and ski room. The house is in sunny and quiet position near the cable car station Alpin-Express.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Final cleaning: Fr. 100.--/160.-- depending on the apartment you book.
