"Needed an economical hotel for two nights to see Broadway shows. While the property and building are definitely older, everything was clean and put together. The front desk was great and housekeeping did a great job. It is a smaller (typical) NYC hotel room. The mattress is not the best quality, but was fine for two nights. Note that the a/c isn’t central, but is a unit in the window. I was concerned when we arrived, but cranked it up while we were out and made everything nice and cool. I personally wouldn’t stay here more than a couple nights, it it’s extremely convenient to Broadway theaters and great restaurants."

En el penúltimo día de estancia fuimos a usar la tarjeta para su ir al cuarto y no servía cuando fuimos a verificar nos dijeron que nosotros teníamos que hacer check out para irnos cuando cuando todavía quedaba otra noche paga nos hicieron esperar casi 2 horas para tratar de resolver e indicaron que Expedia había cometido un error que no habían sido ellos. Que mala experiencia no volvemos. La de la limpieza solo cambiaba las toallas no limpiaba en cuarto. Había costra en las esquinas de la bañera. Un hotel tan caro y con lo que nos encontramos."
