Outside, beautifully manicured and extensive gardens with Mediterranean flora surround a large 12.5 x 5 m heated pool (solar energy). A covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, sun loungers and an electric gate for secure access to the parking area complete the experience. The house benefits from a quiet rural location while being only 2 km from the center of Saint Saturnin les Apt, a typical village in the Luberon, nestled between orchards, olive groves and vineyards. The village has many historical monuments and buildings to explore. Just a few minutes' drive away, you can discover the most beautiful places of the Luberon and the surrounding area, such as Colorado de Rustrel, Gordes, Roussillon, Oppède, Ménerbes, Lacoste, Saignon, Sault and its lavender fields, or stroll through the Provence colorful markets.
