Beautiful natural setting of meadows and forests. Very quiet. Warm contemporary rustic charm. Lots of charm. Ultra cozy. Terrace + landscaped patio. Superb views of Lake & mountains. Charming cottage nestled in a 19th century farmhouse renovated in eco-construction (qualified "Ecogîte") 6km from the center of Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History. Ideally located to radiate in winter as in summer between the Regional Natural Parks of Chartreuse and the Massif des Bauges (alpine & Nordic skiing, hiking, cycling...). La Féclaz & its world famous Nordic site 25km away. Granier family ski area 22km away. Thermal baths at 12km (Challes-les-Eaux). Golf at 13km. Lac du Bourget 12km away (largest natural lake in France). Many cultural, sporting and recreational activities nearby. Ideal for a family stay or for a business clientele!
