"Everything was as expected from a nice hotel. Location is great and for San Francisco, easy of parking is a huge plus. The hotel has a bar / restaurant but there is no room service offered (fyi)."

"Yveey, Edwin and Nathan could not have been more awesome… I thought I may have been too old for the vibe but the front desk made me feel right at home. And the Guys late night who suggested In and out burger many many thanks! They I would absolutely return and absolutely recommend… I think I forgot to mention that the rooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are a treat. I love a great hotel bathroom and this did not disappoint! And check out the Food! There are a lot of great little gems in Fisherman’s Wharf and this is one of them. I I will definitely be back and any time I have guests from out town they will be staying there. To all the wonderful staff.. thank you for making my night really special - from a happy guest and local area resident "

"We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary. The team kindly upgraded us to a high-floor room with a beautiful bridge view, which truly made the experience special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. We’d happily return."
