"Beautiful hotel! The Christmas decor was stunning and really added to the experience. The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and welcoming, and everything about the stay felt well done."

"They didn’t offer cleaning services for my two day stay. No towel changes. No bed made. Housekeeping is “every other day” and our room became a mess without daily housekeeping. We had to keep asking for additional towels and they piled up. Also noise was a concern. Easily can be heard and can hear other people in the corridor. Staff was helpful and the security was good. "
