"Very comfortable and clean. Near kyoto station and accessible to many things. Staff are very nice and helpful and the fellow guests are friendly and respectful. I would stay here every time in Kyoto as a budget option "

"良い点:ロケーション。周りに店も多く、駅も近い。部屋の雰囲気。人による:ベットはかなり柔らかいタイプ。硬いタイプが好きな人は腰を痛めると思う。悪い点:アメニティの準備。用意されたバスタオルが明らかに小さいタオル。こういうものかと思ったら2日目は普通のバスタオルの大きさだった。トリートメントと書かれたボトルの中身はつけると泡立つ。ほんとにトリートメントなのか疑わしく使わなかった。夜中、ピーピーとアラーム音が鳴る。なんなのかわからず不快。部屋ごとのセキュリティはみんな閉じない。そのためセキュリティが意味をなさない。男性が女性用のトイレを使用したり、朝4時に大きな音や声を立てて準備などする配慮のない客層がいるも、フロントがいる時間は短いので何も言えない。"

"Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."
