"Very convenient location if you’re flying out of Haneda. We were able to use the airport cart all the way to the hotel. The hotel staff can also keep your luggage with the cart at the cloak. On the day we left, we brought the cart right in front of our room and took all of our luggage to the airport check-in counter, which was especially helpful since we had so much luggage. The hotel is new and clean, and it also has a hot spring facility, shops, and restaurants."

"The location is very convenient and room was clean. All the staff were very helpful and amenities were perfect. The room size was smaller than expected so not much room for our luggage. The selection of the breakfast buffet was pretty limited. The Italian restaurant downstairs treated my family whose Japanese were very limited horribly which was very disappointing for me as a Japanese citizen."

"Don’t usually splurge on hotel stays but we did here and it was definitely worth it! Family friendly and great morning buffet made it easy with children. And we were lucky enough to enjoy the Summer festival activities so it made it extra memorable. We miss it already! Bonus super close access to Disney rail and Maihama station."
