We travel yearly to Mexico and this was my all-time favorite resort after 20+ years of traveling and staying at other places, ocean Maya Royale will be our go to next year. The staff is fabulous. I can’t name them all, but to give a few shout out Moses and entertainment Sandy at the breakfast buffet and Francisco, the bartender. But all the staff was great.
The facilities are very nice and the food was really good

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The entire hotel was well-maintained and made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time in Mexico and had such a positive experience here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
