First of all, i think that value for money, was not great, because for £100, i was expenting a lot more.
Unfortunately, room n 1 was just on top of the staircase and until midnight i could hear all the guest from below having fun after a few pints.
I could not even whatch tv as the signal was interrupted every few second, and to top it all off, the materasses of both the bed in my twin room, were so soft that looked lile being in an camping ammock.
In fact i used the 2 duvets and slept on them on the floor.
Good points:
very clean, despite a few little spiders coming from outside, and the best thing was the breakfast, which saved the day.
to conclude, I think it was more like a £50/60 pound B&B rather than a £100 pound 3/4 star hotel.
