"The place was right around the corner of rail station, so easy to get to. Was quiet for being so near to railway. The free laundry set up was very convenient; even provided detergent. Would stay there again. Thank you."
"Fabulous location within easy walking distance of the key shops, restaurants, and cathedral, parks etc.
Amazing property which is well equipped too. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). Would be helpful to have everything in one place.

"Staff was amazing! Had a wonderful time with a clean room and thought it was a really neat place. The staircase could be difficult for some, as it's obviously an old one built when treads weren't as deep. Nicely set up room, though small in size. Would definitely stay there again! The only downside for me was lack of a soft pillow though flatter pillows appear to be more standard in the UK. Since we were early to arrive we were able to store our luggage at the associated bar a couple of doors up the street and James was nice enough to retrieve it and get it to our room while we enjoyed the friendly people and nice atmosphere there with good food and drinks. "Very clean, new interior, nice kitchen if you need it. So very convenient to every thing, train station Stonehenge tour bus stop, great restaurant across the street. "
"All staff were kind and responsive, but there weren't enough of them! The restaurant was unable to serve food when a concurrent banquet was scheduled (announced to me after I had ordered my wine) until an hour later. Breakfast staff unable to keep up with stocking the coffee machine and clearing the tables. Not the fault of the staff, but the management.
The food at restaurant, when I got it, was truly delicious. Quite exceptional. And the front desk staff went out of their way to help with bags and taxi reservations.
I stayed in an apartment which was spacious and pretty much new. No complaints about facilities. I cannot think of a better location, maybe 50 meters from entrance to Cathedral Close.
