"The decor was so fun, loved the character it brought. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location to train station, cathedral, city center and the gorgeous park "
"I was literally 6 minutes away from the cathedral and the main shopping. The hotel was very quaint. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff. I wish I had had time to use the enormous tub!"
"It’s location is near the center of the city, very convenient for the sightseeing.
There is a nice pub in the groundfloor and there we drunk nice beer and enjoyed wonderful dinner.
The staffs are very kind."
"Fabulous location within easy walking distance of the key shops, restaurants, and cathedral, parks etc.
Amazing property which is well equipped too. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). "Bon hotel mais service réception très faible. Personnel de restauration lent et pas efficace chambre premium excellente. Hôtel dans son ensemble besoin de rénovation pour les extérieurs et parties communes "

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful, elegant treasure right around the corner from the train station and near bus stops. Easy walk to Salisbury Cathedral and Museum. Excellent breakfast! Delicious Nepalese restaurant a few doors to the left. Lovely pub where you can safely leave your luggage and have a beer and eat pub food. Stonehenge a bus ride away! "
"I had a very lovely stay here, Jack and Alex W on the front desk where very helpful as well. The bar staff were fabulous as well, especially Maddie, who was very friendly. June in the breakfast room in the morning was very kind and polite as well. I stayed in one of the apartments across the car park which was very modern and had an area where you can cook. (Although I couldn’t see and frying or saucepans, I didn’t need to use any) but there was also a Nespresso coffee machine as well. There was also comfortable Air Conditioning/Heating which was controllable. There were also free bathroom amenities too. Would recommend to stay here."
"Our bedroom was in the older part of the hotel, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Our room was quiet even though you are above some of the other parts of the hotel. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. It was a very relaxing hotel with great staff, "
