Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of food staying on Half Board. Nice bathroom/Shower with comp toiletries.Comfortable and clean room, nice balcony. Due to no carpet on hallway floors, noisy at night. Would recommend street facing room as a lot of noise at night if pool facing. Have stayed here several times pre pandemic. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bars and Port Aventura theme park.

The location for Portaventura was great, disappointing with this particular H10 hotel as loyalty members there were no welcome drinks on arrival, no robe or slippers, no mints or cava in our room. Hotel needs updating! The safe broke as did the toilet. The staff's attitude could vastly improve plus they looked miserable half the time.

Thank you for sharing your opinion Margaret, if you would have told reception as sometimes the sitem doesn't recognize club members, we would have given you the welcome drinks and chocolates, the bathrope is for clients that booked the superior room, which I do not know if this was your case and champagne is for the second card "Class" members. And we get absolute fantasic comments about our staff.

Good but could be better.
Good location. Helpful staff. Entertainment could be better. Really like the singers and acrobat show. Needed more entertainment. The rooms were ok. Bed mattress wasn't good, and the refrigerator was old, smelly and broken. I think this hotel needed some love and attention.

We stayed at H10 Salauris Palace for 4 nights. It's in ideal place, 10 minutes walk to Port Aventura and 10 minutes walk to the beach. We booked half board. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with loads of choices that get replenished before even the trays get empty. Eggs and pancake station made fresh to order and 4 coffee and juice machines. Dinner buffet was fantastic as well with new choices every night. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel. Shame about the drink tho!
Gorgeous hotel in great location. We’ve stayed in a few H10’s now and they’re always great. One downfall will say was the drink was very watered down. We even went to visit the h10 vintage and princess while we were here in salou and the drink in both other hotels was far superior, as in you could take the alcohol. Over all tho the food, staff and hotel itself was super.

Lovely pool and surrounding area. Restaurant had a great variety of food. Had entertainment throughout the day. You can rent a towel for 10 euros for your sunlounger.

The entertainment was great, funny and goofy. The food was decent and plentiful. The pool was freezing! The bed was very hard!

Very nice hotel and stay. Disappointing check in and tiles around bath looking a bit tired and in need of a good clean, other than that, a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed breakfast.

Great location for PortAventura and also the town. Good facilities and entertainment. Only downside would be if you are pool facing and want an early evening sometimes he entertainment does go on until midnight and can be a bit noisy

Lovely hotel
My daughters and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Personal very friendly and professional. In the buffet, we wish to see more indications on the dishes and type of the meet served .

Great location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful - especially the animacion... 2 yr old son is still in love with Daisy (the hotel mascot). The only downside to my stay is the fact that the evening entertainment goes on until 12am most nights and they don't seem to consider the guest trying to sleep as the volume is very high. Not helpful for families with small children.

Very clean, lots to do inside and close to the beach. The only thing I was not happy about was the live shows and music lasting till midnight every night, the music was so loud we couldn’t get the sleep until it ended.

As a family, we loved the food options for each meal. We loved the pool and outside eateries/bars. We loved the snack options and the pool tables. The rooms were perfect and staff couldn't have been nicer. Couldn't recommend this enough.

Excellent location, maid service and rooms very clean. Can be noisy at times. Lifts not adequate for volume of guests and pool area is too small and not pram friendly. Excellent entertainment in the evenings. Beverages slightly over priced.

Staff were wonderful!!! Very helpful 100% I just didn’t expect the hotel to be a Walt Disney place full of kids. Where the only bar available was parents with their kids. Wish hotel would have mentioned or that Expedia mentioned that this was a huge place for families with kids.
